Peptide immobilization and Antibody  Purification
Purification of Anti-peptide antibody from serum by traditional chromatography  method is challenging by many  disadvantages
such as time-consuming, lower yield and high background (Non-specific binding).  Biomagnetic purification of the specific
antibodies by using peptide antigen-immobillized magnetic beads can overcome all these problems and shows its unique
advantages:

    laborious repeat pipetting or centrifugation.
